The Hattiesburg Clinic recently added three new employees:
Laurie E. Douglas, MD, has joined Hattiesburg Clinic Hematology/Oncology. Douglas received her medical degree from University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She completed her internship, internal medicine residency and served as chief resident of the Department of Internal Medicine at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Shecompleted a fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, N.C.
Douglas is board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine in hematology, medical oncology and internal medicine. Her professional affiliations include; American Medical Association; American Society of Clinical Oncology; American Society of Hematology; and American College of Physicians.
Kevin L. Keeton, MD, has joined Hattiesburg Clinic Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. Keeton received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, where he served an internal medicine and pediatric residency and an adult pulmonary and critical care fellowship. Keeton is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His professional affiliations include the American College of Chest Physicians, American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Physicians and the American Thoracic Society.
Grettel R. Rodriguez, MD, has joined Hattiesburg Clinic Internal Medicine. Rodriguez received her medical degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She served an internal medicine internship and residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York. She also served a geriatric medicine fellowship at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. Her professional affiliations include the American Geriatric Society and the American Medical Association.
